Description
Sound Particles Energy Panner uses the intensity of your sound to control its movement, thereby adding dynamic depth to your panning techniques with zero additional routing. This intensity-based panning plug-in allows you to move sounds dynamically in standard and multichannel output formats. Energy Panner’s Start and Movement parameters give you precise control over how your sound moves, and its intuitive visualization dome enables you to track every movement. This plug-in also includes a sidechain input, allowing you to use external signals to control the effect. Out of ideas? No worries. Energy Panner’s randomize option outputs a different result each time you click it. You also get Threshold and Ratio controls, Attack and Release controls, a Dry/Wet control, and a Gain control for dialing in the plug-in’s performance. For music and audio post-production alike, Energy Panner is certain to become an indispensable part of your studio toolkit.
ntensity-controlled movement
With Energy Panner, you can control a track’s panning using the intensity of a sound, thereby creating movement as the plug-in reacts to the sound. A great asset for music and audio post-production, Energy Panner enables you to move sounds dynamically in the entire gamut of output formats, including stereo, 5.1 and 7.1 surround, Dolby Atmos, High-order Ambisonics, and binaural.
End-to-end, particle-based panning
When you place Sound Particles Energy Panner in Pan mode, it yields end-to-end, particle-based panning. This enables you to change the position of a sound source between two points — a starting point and an ending point that you define. In other words, the greater the input of an incoming signal, the greater the shift from starting to ending point.
Attention-grabbing Sliding mode
Sound Particles Energy Panner’s Sliding mode operates differently from Pan mode. In Sliding mode, the sound source moves on a pre-defined trajectory whenever an audio signal reaches a specified threshold. However, unlike Pan mode, the sound source doesn’t return to the starting point when the signal drops below the threshold. Rather, the sound source will freeze in that position until the signal exceeds the threshold value again. Here at Shopitecaudio, we love the attention-grabbing quality that Sliding mode adds to our tracks.
